Forms, Contracts, and Federal Law – 4 Hours Core CE Credit (RC100721)
Your License gives you the right to complete the forms necessary for a real estate transaction. This right is actually a limited price of law which agents need to take most seriously.
In this class we thoroughly study the REPC and other major forms used in real estate transaction. This is the workshop format where you will actually be filing out forms and building your skills and confidence with out necessary forms.
There are several changes in existing federal laws as well as new federal laws including "MARS" which every agent must know. This section of the class gets you sharp on these changes in our industry.
Class includes a free CD that has a review of the recent federal law changes and a copy of the new federal "MARS" law.
Agency and Proper Pricing – 4 Hours Core CE Credit (RC120111)
Fine tune your knowledge of agency inclining pit falls and traps that most licensees would never see coming. How to protect yourself, your clients, and your commissions from an agency perspective and keep your transactions win/win.

Ethics, Professionalism, Communication, and State Law – 4 Hours Core CE Credit (RC100722)
The Ethics and Professionalism section of this class examines how to keep you and your business activities above reproach, and to become known as a true professional in real estate.
Most problems in a transaction can be avoided by effective communication. In this section of this class we dig into the details of becoming a top communicator.
This last section of this class is a review of state laws, rules and regulations, including recent changes with an informative look at recent fines and disciplinary actions against agents.
Class includes a free CD with a copy of current Utah State real estate laws, rules and regulations, including recent changes.
